Great customer service, had to reroute my item that we needed immediately on job site and I had put wrong address in and item was already shipped and on it's way, Joe took care of it with no delays in delivery.

The item, a Fanuc motor-brake combination, was in stock and shipped that day for next day delivery. The price was reasonable and, although I could have gotten it cheaper on eBay, etc, I liked the fact that Joe was very knowledgeable about the product line and warranties his goods. Plus eBay is a crapshoot when it comes to promised deliveries and I couldn't afford to take the risk. The motor showed up as promised and downtime was kept to a minimum as a result. I'm very happy with the product and the service and will use them again for similar items.
