have been a customer of MRO Electric for 6+ months now. I have zero complaints on quality, customer service, and ease of use. Their site is very user friendly, their staff is always eager to please. The prices are far better, sometimes half, of other similar vendors. Overall I am completely satisfied.

I have been increasingly disappointed with online purchasing from other places lately, but I was very happy when I found these prices were so low and my order came very quickly.

Ordered a replacement FANUC LCD kit, normally pricey on other websites and they had it for cheaper. I bought it expecting to have some issues. When I had a question I called and was immediately sent to a person- no phone system, no international call center. The order was placed on the phone in a matter of minutes, and arrived in two days (with their free two-day shipping.) I will be shopping here again.
