The AC servo motor module A06B1511B200 is an α22/7000i model manufactured by Fanuc for use with machine tool feed axis applications. With excellent acceleration and a wide zone of continuous operation, this compact motor module brings highly reliable control. The αi series of AC servo motor modules include built-in high precision encoder modules. An applicable amplifier for the FANUC AC Servo Motor αi series is FANUC Servo Amplifier αiSV series or βiSV series. These products are manufactured in Japan and are designed for Commodity production, advanced machining, and CNC milling usage. They come with a 2-year warranty from MRO Electric. We also carry AC Motors from other manufacturers such as Siemens and Control Techniques.
The Fanuc α(HV)i series A06B1511B200 AC servo motor is used to drive the spindle of a CNC machine tool. The A06B1511B200 motor is used to achieve tasks such as gear driving, belt driving, and direct motor connection. You can get a wider rated output range for the spindle driving motor A06B1511B200 by using winding switching. Using the winding switch increases the high-speed output level and in turn, reducing acceleration and deceleration time. A low-speed winding can be used with the Fanuc A06B1511B200 to increase the torque by a factor of 1.5. The electromagnetic steel plate requires cooling, and this is done using an up-to-date stator cooling method. This allows for a smaller size motor to deliver high power and high torque. To optimize cooling performance, the Fanuc A06B1511B200 AC servo motor can choose a motor fan exhaust direction. The options are forward exhaust and backward direction exhaust. The direction informs the heat deformation. The Fanuc α(HV)i series A06B1511B200 AC servo motor comes with two types of speed sensors. The two types of speed sensors are integrated into the servo motor. These built-in sensors are the Mi sensor based on the A/B-phase signal and the MZi sensor based on the A/B-phase signal and one-rotation signal. The spindle configuration and spindle function inform the choice of sensor used.
The A06B1511B200 AC servo motor by Fanuc is both waterproof and pressure-proof by design. This Fanuc motor conforms to the international IEC standard.
When using the Fanuc α(HV)i series A06B1511B200 AC servo motor module there are precautionary warnings to note. Handling the α22/7000i model A06B1511B200 carefully prevents damage to the unit and helps ensure user safety. Safety gear such as gloves and proper shoes must be worn to avoid electric shock or injury. Lifting the motor with a lift or crane is best. Make sure all electric wires are isolated from their electric power source before you attach cables to the motor to avoid electric shock. Ground the motor frame by connecting the grounding terminal in the terminal box to the grounding terminal of the machine. Motor power wire terminals and short circuits are not to be grounded to another power wire terminal. Make sure the motor does not require additional winding switching. Be sure no terminal is exposed before you supply power to the motor. Stay clear of the rotary section of the motor while in use. As high voltage can remain across power lines terminals of the motor for a time after the power is shut off to the motor, stay clear of the motor for at least five minutes after power is off. Make sure the motor and its companions are securely mounted before use. A keyed motor must be run with a key attached. Failure to do so may result in the motor being damaged or broken.
